INTRODUCTION:
WHO ARE WE
The Inspire:ME Spartanburg mission is to empower new and aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to build successful, purpose-driven businesses. Through a comprehensive 7-week program, we provide tailored guidance, practical tools, and a supportive community to help participants transform their business ideas into reality. We are committed to fostering innovation, resilience, and growth, inspiring a new generation of leaders who are ready to make a meaningful impact in their industries and communities. Help me identify four goals of the program to include in a presentation to potential investors and partners.
Ongoing Responsibilities
Between sessions, I will:
• Review participant homework and provide feedback.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality instructional materials.
• Offer guidance via email or message for participant questions.
• Coordinate with the facility on scheduling, materials, and program needs.
Session 1: Dream to direction
I will introduce participants to the Inspire:ME program, outline expectations, and create a welcoming and engaging environment. This session will focus on establishing strong business foundations, including clarifying participants’ mission, vision, and short- and long-term goals. Activities will include guided discussions, individual exercises, and small group work. I will facilitate brainstorming and provide tools to help refine business ideas. Homework will be explained and distributed.
Session 2:
Mindset Shift
I will lead participants through an exploration of the entrepreneurial mindset, the characteristics of successful business owners, and the importance of personal alignment with business goals. The session will include a “Zone of Genius” activity and a personal SWOT analysis to help participants identify their strengths and areas for growth. I will facilitate interactive exercises and share practical strategies for overcoming common mindset barriers.
Session 3:
Brand StoryTelling
I will teach participants how to define and communicate their brand identity, voice, and message. This session will cover brand storytelling techniques, target audience identification, and foundational marketing concepts. I will guide participants through exercises to develop their brand narratives and ensure they understand how to apply branding across various marketing channels. Session 4:
Pitch preparations and presentations
I will facilitate a review of final business pitches, offering both one-on-one and group feedback. Participants will present their business concepts to the class and invited judges. I will coordinate the judging process, ensure presentations run smoothly, and manage time effectively. The session will conclude with feedback, recognition of participants’ progress, and a program wrap-up.
